The «Colour Tabulae» or the Purpose of Colour in the Architectural Project

We will talk about the use of colour in architecture not as «decoration» but as one of the means that help to give it form, such as light and materials. This vision stems from four of the great architects of the early 20th century who were also painters: Bruno Taut, Le Corbusier, the Neoclassicist (Van Doesburg, Rietveld, etc) and Venturi at the end of Modernism. We will make this journey, opening ourselves to the enormous possibilities that these figures opened up for us: an architecture with a purpose that allows us to project in colour.
